Financial Disputes

Lee & Ko's Financial Litigation Team has been handling a wide range of financial disputes since 1977, representing various financial institutions including the government, public agencies, pension funds, as well as domestic and international banks, securities firms, insurance companies, asset management companies, and trust companies. Based on a deep understanding of financial markets and structures, the team has achieved successful outcomes across complex and diverse areas such as traditional disputes related to securities and project financing (PF), government contributions, implementation agreements, capital structure changes, subordinated loans, total project costs, structured finance, alternative investment funds, and derivatives, growing alongside the development of Korea's financial industry.

The Financial Litigation Team consists of specialized lawyers in detailed fields such as PF, securities, derivatives, and funds. Through organic collaboration between the Financial Litigation Team and the Financial Advisory Group, the team develops differentiated legal arguments that comprehensively consider business structures and market environments, going beyond mere legal analysis.
