Chang Ho Seong, Partner in the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group, specializes in both civil litigation and criminal defense matters. He has extensive experience in representing clients in a broad range of cases, including matters relating to corporate criminal cases, construction and real-estate cases, banking, securities and finance related litigations, administrative law cases and intellectual property right cases. He also represents clients in various injunction/disposition actions and related matters.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2023, Mr. Seong served for 24 years as a judge in the Korean judiciary. During his term on the bench, he has adjudicated a wide array of civil and criminal cases at various courts including the Supreme Court of Korea, the Seoul High Court, and the Seoul Central District Court. In recognition of his professional excellence, he received the "Excellent Judge Award" twice by the Seoul Bar Association in 2017 and 2020. In addition to litigation experience, Mr. Seong gained extensive experience and perspective in the administration of Korean judiciary branch while working as Director of Judge Personnel Affairs at the National Court Administration and Director of Secretariat for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Korea.
