Lee & Ko undertook a project to establish a company-wide compliance program for multinational Company L. This project was conducted with respect to the areas of anti-corruption and anti-trust, which involved (i) interviewing employees in each department to diagnose and evaluate compliance risks, (ii) holding compliance workshops to provide education for employees, (iii) producing risk logs that reporting results of compliance risk diagnosis while suggesting countermeasures, measures for mitigating risks or preventing recurrence, etc., and (iv) establishing a company-wide compliance program.
Through the implementation of thorough compliance systems and measures for the company, Lee & Ko has helped Company L build a positive market image, and has enhanced its recognition as a company committed to continuous compliance monitoring.
