Lee & Ko successfully advised Dongwon F&B Co., Ltd. on its acquisition of 100% shares in Kumchon Co., which processes, distributes and sells agricultural and animal products. Total deal value was KRW 45,168,763,000. Lee & Ko advised on all matters related to the successful closing of the deal.
