Lee & Ko successfully provided advisory service to Korea’s largest air lines on its IT outsourcing contract with a global IT company. It is noteworthy that the contract covers integration of domestic and global IT networks and outsourcing of related management services for 10 years which turned out to be the largest in terms of deal value and longest in terms of the period in the airline sector in Korea.
