[Newspim] [Law Firm Issue] Lee & Ko and KB Kookmin Bank enter into MOU to support companies entering Indonesia

December 13, 2023.  Newspim reported on the signing of an MOU by Lee & Ko and KB Kookmin Bank on December 12.  Lee & Ko and KB Kookmin Bank will provide financial and legal services to Korean companies wishing to enter the Indonesian market.  Attorneys Song Pyeong-geun, Lee Ji-won, and Park Ji-hye of Lee & Ko attended the signing ceremony.  Under the MOU, the parties will cooperate to provide high-quality comprehensive services to support Korean companies' entry into Indonesia, including legal consulting related to business activities in Indonesia, such as investment advice, due diligence, and dispute resolution; preferential interest rates on loans; preferential interest rates on import and export financing; and consultation on reporting of foreign direct investment to government authorities.
