Holds webinar on "Responding to changes in the IP field"

Starting October 20, Lee & Ko will hold a webinar titled “Responding to changes in the IP field” for clients every Tuesday at 3 pm for three weeks.

Since first held in 2015, this will be the sixth year for Lee & Ko IP Practice Group to host the “Responding to changes in the IP field” seminar for clients. The seminar provides an opportunity to learn about the overall trend of IP law over the past year and learn how to respond to new changes by looking at key issues that can be implemented in practice. This year, in consideration of the COVID-19 outbreak, the seminar will be held online as a webinar.

Lee & Ko’s attorneys will present the latest trends and examples on the following 6 topics: patent infringement under the doctrine of equivalents, how to prove patent infringement, US patent litigation, cases on non-compete issues, unfair competition activities, and software related disputes.
