Lee & Ko’s Labor and Employment Practice Group hosted a seminar with respect to “The Supreme Court’s decision on the normal wage” at the auditorium, 26F, Hanjin Building on January 6, 2014. This seminar was planned for the purpose of considering various aspects of the gist and issues raised in the Supreme Court’s decision on the normal wage.
The seminar was led by Mr. Tong Keun Seol as a presider and Mr. Sang Tae Jung and Mr. Yong Moon Kim gave speeches on “the gist of the Supreme Court’s decision,” “notion and requirements for the normal wage” and “Following steps to be taken.” The Q & A session was moderated by Mr. Wan Joo.
The seminar was attended by more than 250 persons including CEOs, officers, HR managers and legal affairs managers of various companies. The attendees showed great interest and participation in the seminar.
