On December 27, 2021, Dong-A Ilbo introduced Lee & Ko's Corporate Crime Advisory Group, which actively engages in all fields such as Corporate Special Investigation, Serious Accidents, and Healthcare.

Dong-A Ilbo mentioned that "Lee & Ko's Corporate Crime Advisory Group, which is primarily known for one-stop services in criminal responses, is taking an active part in all areas of Corporate Special Investigation, Serious Accidents, and Healthcare."

Dong-A Ilbo further reported that "in particular, the Group recruited a large number of highly skilled lawyers during the significant transformation of the criminal justice system ahead of the enforcement of the Serious Accident Punishment Act which poses a greater criminal risk for the high-ranking executive." The transformation includes adjustment of prosecution and police jurisdiction in the investigation and the launch of the Criminal Investigation Office for High-ranking officials.
