On October 1, 2020, Legal Times selected Lee & Ko attorney Un Ho Kim as a 2020 Leading Lawyer in Korea in the field of IP.
According to Legal Times, “Attorney Un Ho Kim formerly served as a judge in the capacity of Supreme Court Judicial Researcher (Judge) in the Exclusive Division for Intellectual Property, and as Seoul High Court Judge in the Intellectual Property Division,” and “exhibits high expertise in IP litigation covering patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition practices, and had also actively worked on the Samsung v. Apple smartphone patent infringement case as one of Samsung’s counsels.”
