According to Korean Herald Business, Lee & Ko is recognized as a “reputable law firm with expansive knowledge of corporate-related issues as accumulated from its outstanding track record of advising Hanjin Group and other risk management experiences. The report further noted that “Lee & Ko successfully defended prosecutorial investigations and investigations conducted by the National Tax Service against Hanjin Group family - both of which were triggered by Hyun Min Cho’s “water rage” incident. Most recently, Lee & Ko’s representation of Gamma Nu, Inc., a communications equipment manufacturing company, has successfully resulted in the court’s decision to overturn and nullify Korean Stock Exchange’s decision to delist Gamma Nu.”
