On December 10, 2019, Tax Watch reported that leading law firm Lee & Ko having become a sensation in the field of tax litigation this year, was named as the best tax litigation firm in November.
Tax Watch evaluated Lee & Ko’s Tax Practice Group’s performance as “overpowering other big law firms with an overwhelming 64% market share in respect of big ticket litigation,” highlighting that Lee & Ko represented the taxpayer in the highest value VAT case of the year, as well as ADT Caps case, another high value tax litigation case.
