According to the Korea Herald
Business, “leading law firms go head to head as rivals in Investor-State
disputes filed by foreign investors against the Republic of Korea” and “Lee
& Ko has been retained by the Republic of Korea to defend the Government
against US hedge funds, Elliott Associates L.P., and Mason Capital L.P. and
Mason Management LLC, respectively.”
