Dong A Ilbo, in its December 12, 2022 article, featured an in-depth article on Lee & Ko's Financial Compliance Team.  The newspaper wrote that "Lee & Ko’s Financial Compliance Team has achieved remarkable results in all areas of financial compliance, including banking, securities, asset management, accounting and digital finance compliance cases, and is grabbing the attention of major players in the legal and financial industries."  The newspaper article further noted that "the team boasts 35+ professionals, many of them the nation’s best talents in financial compliance with prior experience n FSS, FSC, Korea Exchange, Personal Information Protection Committee."

On 20 April 2022, The Korea Economic Daily (KED) carried an in-depth article on Lee & Ko’s Financial Compliance Team.  According to KED’s article, “Lee & Ko’s financial compliance team has further strengthened its presence in the market in the past 2 years and is advising clients on major financial fraud cases involving asset management companies such as the recent Optimus Asset Management fraud case and Lime Asset Management fraud case.”  The article added that Lee & Ko’s financial compliance team has emerged as the leading firm in the market and boasts a large number of attorneys who have worked at financial supervisory authorities for more than 10 years.  It also noted that the team has been bolstered with the addition of Woong Seob ZHIN, a respected former Governor of Financial Supervisory Service, as a senior advisor in 2020.
