Lee & Ko is pleased to announce that Mr. Eul Hwan Kang, the former Chief Judge for the Seoul Central District Court, joined the firm on March 2, 2015. As the Seoul Central District Court typically handles a particularly high volume of cases, including many of the highest profile lawsuits filed in Korea, his experience and insights will be of great value to our Litigation Practice Group. As a member of the Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Kang will handle various litigation and arbitration matters, with a special focus on civil and white-collar crime related litigation.
