Lee & Ko welcomed Mr. Sang Min Kim as a new member of the firm on March 2, 2015. Before joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Kim acquired extensive practical experience in handling legal compliance matters at a prominent asset management company and at a securities company prior to that. Mr. Kim’s practice at Lee & Ko will focus on matters relating to initial public offerings, private equity, capital markets regulations and compliance, asset management, and derivatives transactions.
