Mr. Yong Duk Kim, former Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service and Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, has joined Lee & Ko in an of-counsel capacity on January 2nd. Mr. Kim’s experience includes serving as Secretary to the President for Economic Affairs, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Land, Transportation, and Maritime Affairs, Commissioner of Korea Customs Service. Mr. Kim recently also pursued a course of studies at UC Berkeley as a Visiting Scholar in fall of 2008.
