Sang Gon Kim, a partner at Lee & Ko (and highly regarded as one of the top M&A lawyers in Korea), was recently recognized as “Dealmaker of the Year” by Asian Legal Business (ALB), a prominent Thomson-Reuters affiliate specializing in coverage of legal sector business matters in Asia. In addition to this highly coveted individual award going to a Lee & Ko attorney, the firm also received recognition from ALB as “Deal Firm of the Year,” along with awards for a number of Lee & Ko practice groups.
The above-mentioned awards were announced at the ALB Korea Law Awards 2018 ceremonies held on November 9, 2018 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Seoul. The “Dealmaker of the Year” award given to Sang Gon Kim is the highest award given by the ALB to individual lawyers.
