Internationally renowned market surveyors such as Thomson Reuters and Dealogic released the law firm ranking for M&A legal representations for the third quarter of 2012.
Lee & Ko was ranked as No. 1 based on the total value of the M&A transactions. According to Bloomberg, Lee & Ko ranks No. 1 in Korea and No. 4 in Asia in terms of the total transaction value as lender advisors and No. 1 in Korea and No.
2 in Asia in terms of the number of the total transaction deal count as of the third quarter of 2012. Dealogic and Yonhap Infomax also released their results ranking Lee & Ko at the first place in terms of the total deal value in the M&A legal representation as of the third quarter of 2012.
Continuing from last year and the first half of 2012, Thomson Reuters ranked Lee & Ko in the first place in terms of the total deal value once again illustrating Lee & Ko’s strength in M&A transactions.
