Internationally renowned market surveyors such as Thomson Reuters and Dealogic released the law firm ranking for M&A legal representations as of June 29, 2012. LEE & KO was ranked as No. 1 based on the total value of M&A transactions handled as legal advisors.
According to the results of the M&A legal representations in the first half of 2012 in Korea released by Thomson Reuters on July 6, 2012, the total deal value represented by LEE & KO is about US$6 billion, which is nearly twice the deal value of the second-ranking firm. This is the second time in a row that LEE & KO is ranked in the first place.
Dealogic also released its results ranking LEE & KO at the first place in total deal value far exceeding that of the second place ranking. These results affirm Lee LEE & KO’s strength in M&A transactions.
