Hyekyeong Lee is a member of Lee & Ko’s Litigation & Arbitration Group, following three years of experience in the firm’s Banking & Finance Group, where she advised on financial transactions and regulatory compliance. She now advises and represents clients in a broad spectrum of dispute resolution matters, including complex civil, financial, and administrative litigation, as well as criminal defense proceedings. Leveraging her deep understanding of financial structures and regulatory issues, she also actively handles financial disputes with a strategic and informed approach.
