As a member of Lee & Ko's Banking & Finance Group, Ji Hyun Kim's practice focuses primarily on lease & transportation finance (ship and aviation financing), digital finance and financial compliance. Ms. Kim advises frequently on the Korean laws and regulations regarding foreign exchange transactions in which any domestic financial institution or resident is involved and represents the clients in filing FX reports with Bank of Korea and other regulatory authorities.
