- Advised lenders in connection with the financing related to the acquisition by SK Ecoplant of an offshore plant manufacturing company’s shares and convertible bonds worth KRW 230 billion
- Represented the purchaser in the multi-jurisdictional acquisition of Amazon warehouses in UK, France and Spain
- Represented the purchaser in the acquisition of a built-to-suit warehouse project located in various states in the US
- Represented the purchaser in the acquisition of a student housing property located in Champaign, Illinois, including the negotiation of an acquisition loan
- Represented the purchaser in the acquisition of a warehouse located in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do
- Represented the Shinhan Alpha REITs in the acquisition of real estates
- Represented the lenders in the project finance of a data center usage with an IT load of at least 14.25MW located in Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do
