Chang Youb Song's practice mainly focuses on banking and finance matters, including structured finance, financial compliance, trusts, acquisition finance, project finance, and general corporate finance.

Mr. Song completed the legal training program at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea and was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2015. He received his bachelor's degree in law from Yonsei University in 2013.
