Jin Hong Kwon is a key senior partner in the Banking & Finance Group and the Real Estate Group while also serving as the Head of the Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Group. In these roles, he specializes in the areas of insurance, project finance, real estate, and structured finance and securitization (including Asset Backed Securitization (ABS), Asset Backed Loans (ABL), and Asset Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP)), sale of non-performing loans, financial services & compliance and banking. His extensive representation of financial institutions covers major domestic and foreign insurers and reinsurers, banks, asset management companies, and others.

Over the course of the past few years and as, the Head of the Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Group has counseled and continues to provide invaluable advice regarding compliance under the Insurance Business Act and its subordinate and related regulations along with management and structuring asset management programs and investments.
