Jun Taek Lee is a partner in the Antitrust and Competition and M&A Groups. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2000, he has represented many multinational corporations in relation to Korean competition laws including merger filing, cartels and unfair trade practices before the Korean Fair Trade Commission. He has also represented many multinational corporations in their acquisition of Korean companies, including eBay's tender offer of an Internet Auction Company. His clients include, among others, GE Healthcare, Pfizer, and Siemens.
