Paul H. J. Yoon is a senior foreign legal consultant in Lee & Ko's Banking and Finance Group. Mr. Yoon devotes most of his time to advising financial institutions and other institutions (both domestic and foreign) in a range of sectors including infrastructure, projects, energy and acquisition financing.

Since joining Lee & Ko in 2001, Mr. Yoon has handled major infrastructure deals including Pusan Newport Project (Samsung C&T and DP World), Yongin Light Rail Transit Project (Bombardier and Daelim Industrial), Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit Project (GS Construction and Siemens), Incheon Grand Bridge Project (AMEC International) and the renewable energy projects including the then largest photovoltaic power plant in Sinan, Korea. He has advised on government concessions, shareholders agreements, construction contracts, finance documents and general project development.

Mr. Yoon also has an active practice in the area of acquisition finance. He has advised various financial institutions in connection with financing for acquisition of companies by private equity funds.

Further, he has advised Korean financial institutions on real estate financing transaction in the U.S and other countries.
