- Representing a major Korean wind power generation company in a Korean Commercial Arbitration Board ("KCAB") arbitration against a large European wind turbine manufacturer requesting a refund of contract price paid following a rescission of the wind turbine purchase agreement by the Korean company due to defects of the wind turbines
- Representing a top Korean bank (letter of credit issuer) in a litigation among leading Korean banks
- Representing a major Korean trading company seeking the payment of prices for steel products it imported for a steel wholesaler against the said steel wholesaler in a KCAB arbitration
- Representing a major Korean electricity company in a KCAB arbitration filed by a supplier of coals for electricity generation seeking for confirmation of nonexistence of damages liability
- Representing a major Korean alternative energy company seeking for confirmation of nonexistence of liabilities against a major Korean steel company, for paying the sum equivalent to the price of steel products imported allegedly on behalf of the said Korean alternative energy company by the Korean steel company in a KCAB arbitration
