Young Su Kang served as a judge for 29 years in various courts, including his tenure as the Chief Judge of the Incheon District Court until his retirement in 2022. Throughout his esteemed judicial career, he presided over a broad spectrum of cases spanning civil, criminal, administrative, family, IT, and intellectual property law, earning a reputation for his sound judgment and deep legal acumen. Following his retirement from the bench, he has continued to apply his extensive legal expertise in the private sector, advising on and handling matters in civil and criminal litigation, corporate disputes, personal data protection, real estate, finance, and privacy law.
