Mr. Mok’s primary practice areas are TMT, data privacy & cybersecurity, and fintech and actively advises clients on legal and regulatory issues concerning blockchain and cryptocurrency-related technology. Furthermore, Mr. Mok has significant experience advising clients with general corporate matters such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JV), corporate governance, and cross-border transactions.
