Joo Hee Cho is a member of the VietnamㆍSoutheast Asia in Lee & Ko’s Corporate Group. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, she advises Korean clients on Vietnamese projects and transactions, including inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions, investments, share transfer and asset transfer transactions. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, she worked at an Indonesian conglomerate as in-house counsel where she handled foreign investments, resource development work, export transactions and mergers & acquisitions. Her experience also includes advising on corporate compliance issues based on the global standards at Korea office of Ernst & Young Han Young.
