Investment of Naver Z Holdings by Softbank Vision Fund, Hybe, YG Investment and JYP Entertainment

Lee & Ko advised Naver Z, a metaverse service platform, in its issuance of redeemable convertible preferred stocks to investors including Softbank Vision Fund, Hybe, YG Investment and JYP Entertainment, with the total subscription price over 220 Billion Korean Won.
