Seong Hyun Hwang advises clients on a range of financial regulatory matters, with a particular focus on capital markets and digital finance.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Hwang began his legal career at the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), where he gained practical regulatory experience in capital markets investigations, electronic financial business examinations and related sanctions proceedings. His work at the FSS included investigations of unfair trading practices and disclosure violations in the capital markets, as well as examinations of electronic financial business operators. Drawing on this regulatory background, Mr. Hwang advises clients on financial regulatory, supervisory and enforcement matters.
