Sungyoon Kim is a member of the IP Practice Group specializing in IP litigations, trade secrets and company information protection, IPTAB proceedings, and other IP matters. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from one of the top academic and research institutions in Asia and delivers expert advice to clients in chemicals, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and medical devices industries in relation to IP and healthcare strategies and issues.
