Sekwan Kim is an attorney at Lee & Ko whose practice focuses on corporate investigations, white collar defense, and anti-corruption and corporate compliance matters.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Kim served for over eight years as a public prosecutor at several prominent Public Prosecutors’ Offices across Korea, where he led and supervised investigations into a wide range of criminal matters, including special investigations, violations of election laws, labor-related offenses, economic crimes, violent offenses, and sexual crimes.

In addition to his prosecutorial experience, Mr. Kim served at the Office of the President’s Secretary, working in both the Office of Personnel Affairs and the Office of Civil Service Discipline. In these roles, he was actively engaged in policy development and enforcement efforts related to criminal justice reform, anti-corruption initiatives, and public sector compliance.
