Dae Keun Cho is a member of our TMT practice team. He is a regulatory policy expert with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and ICT regulatory policies. He also advises clients on online platform regulation policies, telecommunications competition policies, ICT user protection policies, and personal information protection. He has in-depth expertise in global regulatory policy of ICT sector, such as EU (including member states), North America (including US & Canada) and Asia (including Japan and Australia).
Before joining Lee & Ko in 2022, he was executive consultant at Inca research & consulting where for more than 10 years he was responsible for various projects for the government, state-run research institutes, government-affiliated organizations, and ICT companies.
He also actively participates in expert forums and working group for improving ICT policies hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Communications Commission.
He also serves as an adjunct professor at Graduate School of Public Policy, Sogang University.
