Ji Yeon Kim is a partner at Lee & Ko. Since joining the firm in 2009, she has focused her practice primarily in the areas of Antitrust & Competition, Mergers & Acquisitions and general corporate transactions. Ms. Kim has been involved in many significant international cartel cases, unfair practice cases, merger filing cases and litigations relating to Korean business in the electric appliance, aviation, retail, franchise and other general corporate sectors.
Ms. Kim was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2009 and successfully completed her two-year legal training course at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. She received an LL.B. from the Seoul National University College of Human Ecology in 2007. She received an LL.M from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, School of Law in 2017.
