Dae Hong Kim is a partner in the Banking and Finance Group. He specializes primarily in the areas of Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Infrastructure and Real Estate. Additionally, he provides legal advice to various banks and financial institutions with a special focus on Project Finance and PPI projects.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2010, Mr. Kim worked for the Korean Navy and Marine Corps for three years as a Judge Advocate General assisting in various lawsuits.

Mr. Kim received his LL.B. from Hanyang University College of Law in 2005. He is admitted to the Korean Bar and the Korean Patent Bar.

Mr. Kim has worked on numerous landmark projects undertaken in Korea including the Seosuwon-Osan-Pyeongtaek Highway Refinancing Project, the 3rd Gyeongin Highway Refinancing Project, Pohang Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, Yongma Tunnel Project, Pusan New Port Refinancing Project, 1560 MW LNG-fired Combined Cycle Power Plant Project in Pocheon and various new regeneration energy projects in Korea.

Mr. Kim also specializes in real estate projects and transactions. Some of his representative cases include Chungju Techno Polis Industrial Complex Project, East-Pusan Sightseeing Resort Project and theme park (Pusan the Park Project).
