Guang Lu is a Chinese-qualified attorney in Lee & Ko’s China Group and one of the very few China-admitted lawyers in Korea with prior experience in the investment banking (IB) division of a Korean securities firm. He has accumulated over 15 years of experience in capital markets and corporate advisory practice.
Mr. Lu possesses extensive hands-on experience in cross-border matters involving Korea and China, including Korean companies’ investments into China, Chinese companies’ investments into Korea, mergers and acquisitions, and financial and capital markets transactions.
