Shan Yun CUI has a great deal of experience in Korean companies investments into China, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, and listing of Chinese companies on Korean stock exchange. He has provided advice to dozens of Korean companies on matters involving investment into China, antitrust, reporting of claims, bankruptcy and litigation, in various sectors including energy, petrochemicals, steel, real estate, bio engineering, manufacturing, distribution and services. In association with the Securities Team at Lee & Ko's head office, Mr. Cui has handled the listing of about ten Chinese companies on the Korean stock exchange, including Huafeng Textile and United Technology. Mr. Cui joined Lee & Ko in 2004 and worked at the head office until opening of the Beijing Office of Lee & Ko in 2005. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Cui worked at the J&J Law Firm and Zhongqiguosheng Law Firm in Beijing, mostly handling matters relating to Korean companies' investment into China. Mr. Cui graduated from the Minzu University of China in 1994 and received his LL.M from the Renmin University of China in 1999. Mr. Cui was licensed to practice law in 1999.
