So Young Kim is a partner in the Labor & Employment and Corporate Practice Groups. Since joining Lee & Ko in February 2011, she has represented many corporations in their labor-related litigation cases. She also has experience in due diligence of corporate M&A cases, especially in regards to labor & employment issues.
Ms. Kim received her Bachelor's degree in Law from Seoul National University in 2010. After passing the Korean Bar in 2008, she successfully completed the two-year legal training program at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2011.
