As a member of the Vietnam · Southeast Asia Team in Lee & Ko's Corporate Group, Soonsung Lee advises Korean companies on various legal aspects of business dealings relating to Vietnam, including mergers &acquisitions, outbound investment, as well as share-transfer and asset-transfer transactions. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Lee gained various experience by working as a litigation lawyer representing Korean companies in real estate matters as well as damages related cases.
