As a member of Lee & Ko's Litigation & Arbitration Group, Meeyoung Yoon is highly experienced in advising and representing clients in connection with various types of civil, administrative and criminal litigation matters. Ms. Yoon also advises and acts for foreign clients in connection with pursuing litigation/dispute-resolution matters in Korea on their behalf.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Yoon acquired extensive professional accounting experience working as a certified public accountant (Korea) at major accounting firms, including Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Anjin LLC. After graduating from law school and passing the bar exam, Ms. Yoon served as a law clerk for the Seoul Central District Court (civil division: specializing in corporate cases) and the Seoul High Court (administrative law division: specializing in tax cases). As a law clerk, she gained valuable first-hand experience relating to a wide variety of civil and administrative law cases, as well as in-depth practical experience with related litigation/court procedures.
