Seung Hoon Choi is a partner in the Banking and Finance Group. Mr. Choi has extensive experience in securitization transactions, acquisition financing and other high-profile commercial financing in both domestic and cross-border contexts. He also advises on commercial or investment banking, asset management and private equity in relation to regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Choi worked as a foreign attorney in Norton Rose's London office in 2005. He is a current member of The Alternative Investment Committee of The National Pension Service (NPS).
