Youngsu Park is an expert advisor on criminal investigation matters. Prior to joining Lee& Ko in 2019, he worked as a prosecutorial officer in various departments of the Prosecutor's Office for more than twenty years.

During his distinguished career at the Prosecutor's Office, Mr. Park was responsible for investigations in connection with numerous criminal cases, especially including white-collar crimes, such as embezzlement, malpractice/malfeasance, and crimes adversely affecting the financial system and capital markets. While serving as a prosecutorial officer, Mr. Park was dispatched for two years to work at the Korea Deposit and Insurance Corporation (KDIC), where he was responsible for conducting detailed examinations regarding insolvent enterprises. Based on his extensive experience as an investigator, Mr. Park is able to provide our clients with particularly in-depth analysis and practical insights concerning a broad range of issues relating to criminal investigations.
