Chul Ho Kwon is a partner in the Securities & Capital Markets Group. He has advised clients, including asset managers, issuers and underwriters among others, on a wide variety of capital markets/securities transactions and related regulatory compliance issues.
Mr. Kwon has increasingly focused his practice on the areas of private equity funds, collective investment arrangements, asset management, M&As with fund involvement and securities regulations.
