Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Choi worked for over 16 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers("PwC") Korea, including five years as a partner in PwC's Deal Business Group.

Mr. Choi has extensive experience in advising clients in various different business areas, including many prominent companies in the fields of engineering & construction, producer goods, consumer products, energy, trading, exploration & production, entertainment, telecommunications and technology. He has also acted as advisor for sovereign wealth funds and government-owned corporations.

Mr. Choi provides financial/accounting analysis and advice (including advice on related compliance issues) tailored to meet client objectives in connection with all types of business management and transactional matters, including (among other things) key analytical inputs and modeling for the development of M&A strategies, performance of feasibility studies and the development of corporate restructuring plans, as well as carrying out financial/accounting due-diligence and asset valuations for planned acquisitions, and conducting post-merger integration studies.

Mr. Choi also has extensive experience in advising clients on a wide range of concerns relating to IPOs, antitrust & competition issues, growth strategies and cost-management matters.
