Jae Hoon Lee is a partner in the Banking and Finance Group. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2005, he has advised major financial, construction and other firms (both domestic and foreign) in a range of sectors, including energy and infrastructure projects, project finance and real estate development.

Mr. Lee has handled numerous high-profile infrastructure matters. Some of his representative cases include Pusan New Port Project, Incheon-Gimpo Highway Project, Eulsukdo Bridge Project, Chonan-Nonsan Highway Project (the first infrastructure project finance to introduce asset-backed securities), The Seoul-Chuncheon Highway Project, Seosuwon-Osan-Pyeongtaek Highway Project, Pyeongtaek wastewater treatment Plant Project, Woomyunsan Tunnel Project, Yongma Tunnel Project, Mokpo New Port Project and Incheon North Port Project.

Mr. Lee has also handled numerous landmark power projects undertaken in Korea including the 833 MW LNG-fired combined cycle power plant project in Oseong, Korea, and the 1560MW LNG-fired combined cycle power plant project in Pocheon and the 450 MW Wirye LNG Combined Cycle Power Plant project.

Mr. Lee has an active practice in Real Estate Development. Some of his representative cases include Enterprise City (Wonju Enterprise City, Chungju Enterprise City), Industrial Complex (Daegu Bongmu industrial complex, Jeung Pyeng Gun Industrial Complex, Pyeongtaek Industrial Complex), Sightseeing Resort (Pusan Haeundae LCT project, Ilsan Chinatown development project, Hallyuwood Project, Anmyundo Sightseeing Place development project, Changwon International Convention Center and Hotel construction and Operation Project, Cheju International Convention Center Anchor Hotel and resort residence developing project), Residential Land Development (Cheongna City Development Project, Asan BaeBang District Residential Land Development Project, Paju Unjeong District Complex Development Project, Pangyo Complex Development Project), Goyang Bus Terminal Project, Formula 1 Automobile Racing Circuit Construction Project, AIG Yeouido site development project and Golf Resort development projects.

Mr. Lee's experience in Real Estate Development transactions has also allowed him to participate in various hotel-related development projects including the Grand Hyatt Incheon Hotel Development, Hyatt Regency Incheon Hotel, J.W. Marriott Dongdaemun Heritage Hotel, J.W. Marriott Namdaemun Hotel. Wilshire Grand Hotel (Los Angeles), and Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Pangyo Hotel.
