As a member of the Banking & Finance Group, Minha Song's main areas of practice include infrastructure projects (SOC), PPI projects, project finance, real estate development and construction. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2015, Mr. Song served as an attorney at law in the Office of Legal Counsel in the Ministry of Justice. He has considerable experience relating to governmental legislative processes and was involved in the amendment of the Commercial Building Lease Protection Act, and Housing Lease Protection Act. Mr. Song holds an LL.B degree from Korea University and was admitted to the Korean bar in 2012.
