Gidon Nam focuses his practice on international energy and infrastructure projects, cross-border transactions, and maritime and logistics matters. He has particular experience advising on EPC, construction, long-term charter and other English-language contracts in connection with overseas nuclear power, LNG and other major energy projects.

He has advised Korean companies on a wide range of project agreements in connection with overseas nuclear power and energy projects, including the Czech New Nuclear Power Plant Project. His experience includes advising on EPC and construction contracts, major equipment and service agreements, and contractual and cross-border legal issues arising throughout project implementation. He also regularly coordinates with local counsel on complex international projects involving multiple jurisdictions and parties.

Gidon also advises on international maritime and logistics transactions, including LNG transportation projects, with particular experience in long-term charter parties and other major commercial agreements. His practice further encompasses international maritime and aviation disputes, corporate restructuring and cross-border insolvency matters.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2014, Gidon practiced at international law firms in New York and Hong Kong, where he handled a broad range of cross-border matters, including joint ventures, M&A transactions and international disputes.
